The 2017 Raptor will run on new BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires specifically developed with the truck's newly modified chassis and suspension. Ford and BFG went through dozens of iterations to find the right balance between optimum off-road performance and real-world street dynamics. The new tread pattern puts more rubber on the ground without sacrificing dirt-grabbing traction. The new tires reportedly have vastly improved tread life as well.
